I've heard great things about this book and it definitely intrigues me, and I'm glad it ended up hooking you later on. Wonderful review Stacie! I loved them to start of with but then they just seemed to lose that edge the minuet they fell for each other.

Haha don't get me wrong, I'm looking forward to it too because overall it was an enjoyable book and the back story and scene setting were spot on, the characters just need to be tighter is all :)Snapexhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05894518924876371938noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5523741214914719296.post-58417351364182549922015-02-25T09:14:37.772+00:002015-02-25T09:14:37.772+00:00Thank you Zoe, like I've said it was a good bo...Thank you Zoe, like I've said it was a good book it just had some issues. I am looking forward to the next book though so it couldn't have been all that bad :p
Snapexhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05894518924876371938noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5523741214914719296.post-63660090814003238742015-02-24T21:27:14.106+00:002015-02-24T21:27:14.106+00:00Great review Stacie. I have to admit that the romance was really lacking for me and didn't work at all. It was a great book overall though, with a few minor problems. I'm excited to see what the author does next. This definitely reminded me of Shatter Me and Graceling a bit as well, with the unique powers the protagonist displays, and I'm glad that aspect was executed well seeing that was what perked your curiosity in the first place. Thank you for sharing, and wonderful review. ♥

~ Zoe @ Stories on StageZoe N.https://www.blogger.com/profile/08980248647201093593noreply@blogger.com
